TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – After the line of strong storms pushed through overnight, we should still see a few scattered showers and storms during the day. Rain chance is about 40% for one of these showers to develop over an area.
The rain chances decrease late this afternoon. It won’t be quite as warm as the past few days with highs in the upper 70s.
It stays mild and mostly cloudy tonight. We may even see a few sprinkles tomorrow morning before sunrise, but during the day tomorrow, expect more sunshine and slightly less humidity. Afternoon highs reach 80 degrees.
We are even warmer Friday and Saturday with highs in the low 80s. A few stray showers are possible Saturday afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front that brings a line of rain Sunday morning.
Behind this front, temperatures and humidity drop significantly. Highs will be in the mid 70s with lows in the 50s.
