TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — It’s a quiet morning with temperatures mainly in the upper 50s and it will shape up to be another calm, comfortable afternoon with highs in the mid 70s.
We’ll see more clouds than sun throughout the day but it will stay dry.
Big changes are in store for the weekend as a cold front comes in and stalls out.
This will likely bring a washout both Saturday and Sunday with widespread, steady light to moderate rain all weekend. It’ll be a chilly rain as well with temperatures only in the 60s on Saturday but even colder on Sunday with highs in the 50s. Severe weather is not expected with this cold front.
The rain finally clears out Sunday night but the cool temperatures linger with highs on Monday and Tuesday only in the 60s.
Sunshine returns though and will stick around for most of the week, This helps temperatures get back into the mid 70s before another cold front passes on Friday.
