(WFLA) – Another tropical storm, Philippe, developed in the Caribbean Saturday afternoon and is expected to bring some rain to heavy rain to South Florida tonight. Philipe is the 16th named storm of the season.

As of 11 p.m. Saturday, Philippe is packing maximum sustained winds of 40 mph. It’s about 25 miles northwest of Key West.  It’s moving north-northeast at 24 mph.
