ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – La policía dice que un hombre fue asesinado a tiros durante una invasión de casa en St. Petersburg el miércoles por la noche.
La policía dijo que la víctima, Owen Melin, de 22 años, estaba visitando a amigos en la cuadra 400 de 4th Avenue South alrededor de las 10 p.m. El miércoles por la noche, cuando tuvo lugar una invasión de la casa y le dispararon.
Melin murió en la escena.
Los investigadores sospechan que el tiroteo no fue un acto de violencia al azar, dijo la policía.
La policía está pidiendo a cualquier persona con información sobre el incidente que llame al 727-893-7780 o envíe un mensaje anónimo enviando un mensaje de texto con “SPPD” y su sugerencia al TIP-411.
