The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive backs continue to impress every day at this summer’s training camp.
M.J. Stewart had another highlight during practice Wednesday. The rookie cornerback out of North Carolina had an interception and continues to stand out at camp.
“I am not surprised, we drafted him when we did for a reason,” Head Coach Dirk Koetter said.
Stewart was all over wide receiver Chris Godwin in one play Wednesday, but the second-year wide-out made an incredible catch during one-on-one drills.
Godwin had 34 catches last season for 525 yards. His numbers should improve this year with some more playing time.
