Pedialyte is for kids, but its new drink has become known as a hangover remedy for adults, according to USA Today.
Sparkling Rush Powder is a fizzy drink that is being marketed as a way to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes lost to dehydration, according to Pedialyte.
The company says the drink replaces fluids and electrolytes more effectively than sports drinks to help prevent dehydration* caused by vomiting, diarrhea, exercise, travel, and heat exhaustion.
The product was announced on Wednesday. Sparkling Rush Powder, which is flavored sparkling water, joins the company’s line of Freezer Pops, Liters (classic 32-ounce formula) and Classic Powder Packs.
It comes in two flavors, Grape and Cherry. It is sold nationwide at Target and Meijer grocery stores nationwide and on Amazon.
