LOS ANGELES (WFLA/KABC) – A Los Angeles man who has spent 25 years collecting artifacts from Disneyland is letting them all go.
Richard Kraft has more than 750 pieces of memorabilia, from a Dumbo ride vehicle to trash cans from the park.
He’s never sold a piece of it since he started collecting.
The reason he’s doing it now?
Kraft says it’s because of his 4-year-old daughter, who has special needs.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charities that help similar kids.
Before he auctions off the amusement park memories, his collection is on display at an area pop-up gallery.
He hopes others can enjoy remembering good times spent at the happiest place on earth.
