(WFLA) – A strange figure dressed as a clown roaming the streets of Green Bay, Wisconsin was caught on camera.
WGBA reports that the photos of the creepy clown as it’s been called were captured around 2 a.m. The photos have been shared on social media. People call him Gags, the Green Bay Clown.
Police received several calls about the clown but it is not illegal to walk around dressed like that.
