SACRAMENTO, CA (WFLA) – A scared dog hiding from the blaze at a back bedroom of the home on fire in Sacramento, CA, was rescued by the firefighters, NBC reported. The rescue was caught on the helmet cam.

The crews were battling the fire early in the morning Wednesday. They were searching the house for the victims when they found the scared pooch hiding in the back bedroom. They pulled her out and carried her to safety.

The dog was reunited with her owner who managed to have escaped the home earlier.
