TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A crash is holding up morning commuters on the Howard Frankland Bridge Wednesday.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes of the bridge shortly before 7:30 a.m.
Three lanes are blocked and traffic is moving slowly in both directions.
