ST.PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – Tampa sports fans the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies have announced a first of its kind deal for fans.
The teams will be hosting their first ever doubleheader Saturday, June 15.
Fans will be able to purchase a ticket package that includes tickets to both the Rays game against the Los Angeles Angels at 1:10 p.m. and the Tampa Bay Rowdies game against the Charleston Battery at 6:30 p.m.
The ticket package which costs $30 includes seating in the 200 level at Tropicana Field and Midfielder’s Reserved section at Al Lang Stadium. Tickets also will include a voucher for a Great Bay beer and food truck item at Al Lang Stadium.
Shuttles will run roundtrip between Tropicana Field and Al Lang Stadium from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. so fans do not need to move their cars after the Rays game ends.
Fans who purchase this package will also get entrance into a special pre-match party at Al Lang Stadium, which includes Rowdies player autographs and a special guest will serve as an honorary captain and execute the coin toss before the Rowdies match
