NORTH PORT, Fla. (WFLA) – North Port police officers arrested four teenagers in connection to at least 100 vehicle burglaries on Saturday.
Officers responded to the area of Kenvil Drive and set up a perimeter and utilized a K9 for a track.
Four teenagers were apprehended initially in connection to the initial incident.
Police believe more than 50 residences were impacted, some with multiple vehicles. The number of vehicles entered in the neighborhood is around 100.
Caleb Garman, 18, Jerwery Thomas, 18, JaNiya Joy’l Snipes, 19 and a 15-year-old boy were arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
