Baby alligator rescued in North Port

NORTH PORT, Fla. (WFLA) – A baby alligator was rescued by Water Plant staff in North Port on Friday.

The alligator was found trapped beneath the flooring grates in the Reverse Osmosis Plant building.

Staff were able to get to him quickly and released him back into the Myakkahatchee Creek.WHAT OTHERS ARE CLICKING ON RIGHT NOW:
