3 arrested in Sarasota County on human trafficking, drug charges

SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Three people from Orlando were arrested by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office on Friday in connection with human trafficking and drug charges.

Detectives began the investigation on March 8 after getting information from an inmate at the Sarasota County Jail about possible human trafficking.

According to the woman, Deandre Green, 25, coerced her and other women into prostitution.

The inmate said Green regularly brought both women from Orlando to Sarasota to engage in sexual activity.

Following the transactions, the inmate said Green would keep the money and supply the women with heroin to support their addictions.

Detectives also identified Autumn Manning, 28, who agreed to meet and have sex with undercover detectives at a Sarasota hotel.

When Manning arrived, Green was driving and both were taken into custody.

Detectives witnessed a passenger, identified as Tyree Lebby, 29, toss suspected drugs into the backseat.

More than two dozen oxycodone pills and seven grams of cannabis were found in the back.

Green was found with nearly 1.5 grams of rock cocaine.

All three were booked into the Sarasota County Jail on Friday.

Green is charged with two counts of human trafficking, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license. He remains in custody on $103,500 bond.

Manning is charges with prostitution and two counts of contempt. She remains in custody without bond.

Lebby faces possession of oxycodone and possession of marijuana charges and was released Saturday on $2,000 bond.
