(WFLA) —- State inspectors temporarily closed two Tampa Bay eateries from  June 6 to June 10, 2016. We’ve listed the restaurants that were closed below, along with details about what inspectors say they found.

Rositas Mexican Restaurant, 741 N. Wabash Ave., Lakeland

June 7, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 5 violations

  • 2 live roaches found behind flip-top unit on the cook’s line.
  • 12-15 live roaches found behind a chest freezer in the main cooking area.
  • 2 live roaches found behind a reach-in cooler next to a 3-compartment sink.
  • Objectionable odor in establishment in mop sink area.
  • Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store potentially hazardous food in this unit until the unit is repaired: milk 48°f, beef franks 45°, shredded cheese 47°, sour cream 48°.

June 8, 2016: Restaurant reopened with one violation

Taste of India, 902 E. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, 6/7

June 7, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 19 violations

  • 10 dead roaches found on the cook’s line under equipment.
  • Employee washed hands with no soap.
  • Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Approximately 28 live roaches in between wall separating bar and kitchen.

June 8, 2016: Restaurant reopened with 1 violation

The following Tampa Bay restaurants received the most violations during inspections conducted from June 6 to June 10, 2016.

India’s Grill, 3437 W. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, 52 violations

  • Stop Sale Order issued due to adulteration of food product: rice in dirty bin, cook cleaning.
  • No soap provided at handwash sink.
  • Stored food not covered in walk-in freezer.

Country Boy Restaurant, 1353 Main St., Dunedin, 49 violations

  • Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands.
  • 1 live roach found behind a pipe under the dishmachine.
  • 1 live roach found crawling on the wall behind the dishmachine.
  • 7 live roaches found in the crevices of the tables attached to the dishmachine.

Clawdaddy’s Raw bar and Grill, 1601 SE Hwy 19, Crystal River, 42 violations

  • Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area: 2-3 flies found in bar area.
  • Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food: glass cleaner stored with liquor.
  • Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.

Eli’s Cafe, 2410 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, 34 violations

  • Dead roaches on premises: 3 on electrical box, 2 on floor at front counter.
  • Stored food not covered in walk-in cooler: sauerkraut, potatoes.
  • Case/container/bag of food stored on floor in walk-in cooler/freezer: potatoes, pickles, eggs.

Wei’s Hibachi Buffet, 13151 N. Dale Mabry, Tampa, 34 violations

  • Dead roaches on premises: 1 by walk in cooler; 2 in server station.
  • Case/container/bag of food stored on floor in walk-in cooler/freezer.
  • Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name: bread crumbs

Carmine’s 7th Avenue, 1802 7th Ave., Tampa, 32 violations

  • Employee washed hands with no soap at deli station.
  • Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
  • Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food: cheese.

Pinellas Grill, 9721 66th St. N., Pinellas Park, 32 violations

  • Dead roaches in glue trap observed in cabinet among cleaning supplies.
  • Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found: 13 dried droppings on the under-counter water heater; 8 dried droppings on the grease trap box under the 3-bay sink. Manager swept droppings off tank and box and will clean entire kitchen floor at closing.
  • Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product: 2 potatoes on the floor, sprouting, under the warewash line dry rack.

Liborio’s Cafe, 8210 E. Causeway Blvd., Tampa, 29 violations

  • Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, or food storage area: 7 in storage area.
  • Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food: raw chicken stored over potato balls in the reach-in cooler.
  • Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
