(WFLA) — State inspectors temporarily closed four Tampa Bay eateries from June 13 to June 17, 2016. We’ve listed the restaurants that were closed below, along with details about what inspectors say they found.

Sonic located at 4667 Commercial Way in Spring Hill

June 15, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 21 violations

  • Restaurant operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license.
  • 2 live roaches found by storage shelf in dish area.
  • 4 live roaches found under prep table by fryers.
  • 1 live roach found under soft serve machine.
  • 1 live roach found in box of wrappers.
  • 2 live roaches found in dry storage area.
  • 20 live roaches found under file cabinet by front desk.
  • Stop Sale Order issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition: moldy ice chute.

June 16, 2016: Restaurant reopened with 6 violations

Wholly Smokes BBQ located at 6803 N. Armenia Ave. in Tampa

June 15, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 26 violations

  • 15+ rodent droppings found behind reach-in freezer.
  • 25+ semi-soft rodent droppings found above dishwashing machine.
  • 50+ rodent droppings found under dishwashing machine.
  • 40 semi-soft rodent droppings found near cans on the cook’s line.
  • 2 semi-soft rodent droppings found on top of an ice bin.
  • 30+ rodent droppings found under a prep table.
  • 100+ rodent droppings found under an ice bin.
  • 3 rodent droppings found in the dining room next to a hole in the wall.
  • 20 semi-soft rodent droppings found next to a 3-compartment sink and dish rack.
  • 3 dry rodent droppings found on a cutting board on the cook’s line.
  • Rodent burrow or rodent nesting materials found behind a reach-in freezer, near a wall in the dining room and in a dry storage area by the rear exit.

June 16, 2016: Restaurant reopened with 11 violations

The Manor located at 500 Rockley Blvd. in Venice

June 15, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 21 violations

  • 6 live roaches found behind a smoker on the secondary cook’s line.
  • 3 dead roaches found on the floor behind a smoker.
  • The following potentially hazardous cold foods were found held at temperatures greater than 41 degrees: Sour cream 61ºF. Cheese 63ºF. Butter 72ºF.
  • An employee was eating a salad in the walk-in freezer.

June 16, 2016: Restaurant reopened with 3 violations

June 16, 2016: Restaurant temporarily closed with 18 violations

  • 50-75 live roaches found on a wooden pallet.
  • 15-20 live roaches found under a paper sign.
  • 10 live roaches found in a hole in the wall.
  • 10 live roaches found under a spray bottle on a sink.
  • 10-20 live roaches found behind a 3-compartment sink.
  • 1 live roach found in a metal food storage container.
  • 2 live roaches found on a wall.
  • 5 live roaches found on a rusted post near the door to the dishwashing room.
  • 10 live roaches found on a plastic pressure hose box on the wall.
  • 2 live roaches found near a prep sink in the dishwashing room.
  • 2 live roaches found on the wall near a food storage area.
  • 1 live roach found on an electrical box.
  • 5 dead roaches found on the floor in the dish room.
  • 1 dead roach found in the sink in the bakery.
  • 1 dead roach found in the test kitchen.
  • Roach excrement found on a box of single use items on a wood .

June 16, 2016: Restaurant reopened with 2 violations

The following Tampa Bay restaurants received the most violations during inspections conducted from June 13 to June 17, 2016.

Westshore Bay Club, 6003 Beacon Shores St., Tampa, 31 violations

  • Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous shucked oysters marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation: container of shucked oysters expired on June 1, 2016. Thrown out.
  • Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature in reach-in cooler: raw lamb stored over raw shrimp and raw fish.
  • Stop Sale Order issued for cooked chicken and sauce that was not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within six hours.

The Soho Backyard, 610 S. Armenia, Tampa, 27 violations

  • 30 hard rodent droppings found behind the bar.
  • Small flying insects found in the bar area.
  • Stop Sale Order issued for potentially hazardous food in the reach-in cooler due to temperature abuse.

Spring Garden Restaurant, 850 49th St., St. Petersburg, 27 violations

  • 1 dead roach on the floor below the wood storage shelves near the back door.
  • Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage in direct contact with food. 2 covered, orange Home Depot buckets under the back hand sink were observed holding white powder and liquid/powder mix that employee stated is employee food, not food for customers. In the chest freezer there were meats and egg rolls observed in “Thank You” to-go bags.
  • A live lizard was found under the water heater.

Tampa Tap Room, 13150 N. Dale Mabry, Tampa, 26 violations

  • Potentially hazardous sliced cheese held at a temperature greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Raw animal foods were not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature in reach-in cooler: shell eggs were stored over raw shrimp.
  • Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Wholly Smokes BBQ, 6803 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, 26 violations

Las Palmas Taqueria, 13601 SR 672, Riverview, 24 violations

  • Food stored on floor.
  • Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food in reach-in cooler.
  • Soil residue in food storage containers.

Ho Ho Chinese Restaurant, 2486 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, 23 violations

  • Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands.
  • Cooked meats or poultry hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
  • Shell eggs held at room temperature with an ambient air temperature greater than 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

Sushi Ninja Tampa, 3018 W. Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, 23 violations

  • Employee handled soiled dishes or utensils and then handled clean dishes or utensils without washing hands.
  • The following potentially hazardous cold foods were held at temperatures greater than 41 degrees: cut leafy greens on counter of cook’s line, batter on cook’s line.
  • Slicer blade soiled with old food debris.
