Could falling fuel prices be indirectly leading to happier airline customers? Fliers are more satisfied with airlines than they’ve been in more than two decades.
A report by the American Customer Satisfaction index shows US carriers received 72 out of 100 points from travelers. That hasn’t happened since 1994.

The report says airlines have spent what they’ve saved on fuel to improve the travel experience. We’re talking cheaper fares, updated cabins and better in-flight entertainment. United and American even brought back free snacks.
Individually, Jet Blue and Southwest shared the top spot in customer satisfaction.
Spirit Airlines came in dead last – even though the carrier scored 15 percent higher than last year. Spirit offers super cheap airfare deals. However, the report says the company hasn’t spent enough money on customer service.WHAT OTHERS ARE CLICKING ON RIGHT NOW:
