TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — one person is dead after a fire that broke out at a home in Davenport Tuesday morning.
The Polk County Fire Rescue was called to a blaze in the 700 block of Redgrave Road around 5:20 a.m.
Eagle 8 flew over the scene and saw firefighters working to extinguish the blaze.
There is still no word on what caused the fire. The Florida State Fire Marshals Office and Polk County Sheriffs Office are investigating the incident.
