CINCINNATI (AP) – Police in Ohio say a Xavier University basketball player has been charged with disorderly conduct for pulling down his pants at a bar.
A police report says J.P. Macura pulled his pants down with several people present early Thursday morning. Police say the 20-year-old sophomore was also charged with presenting a fake ID indicating he was 21 and from Tennessee.
The Lakeville, Minnesota, native was held in Hamilton County Jail pending a court appearance later Thursday. No attorney was listed for him in court records.
The 6-foot-5 guard was a key player off the bench during 28-6 Xavier’s run into the NCAA tournament, where the Musketeers were upset by Wisconsin in their second game.
Athletics spokesman Tom Eiser says the school is “working to collect all the facts.”OTHER TOP CLICKED STORIES:
