Detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office are requesting the public’s help in identifying a retail grand theft suspect who is accused of stealing meat.

According to the sheriff’s office, on Aug. 16 around 3:50 p.m., a man entered the Seminole Winn-Dixie store located at 8740 Park Boulevard.

The man immediately went to the meat department and took 15 premium ground chuck roasts valued at around $300.

The man then walked toward the front of the store and passed all points of sale.

He was seen getting into a red SUV-style vehicle.

He is described as a white man wearing a dark ball cap, black shirt, dark colored cargo pants and black socks with sandals.

The driver of the vehicle is described as a white man with some facial hair.

The vehicle also may be related to a theft at the Luekens Liquor store in Seminole.

The suspect was observed stealing two bottles of liquor.

Based on information from both cases, it appears to be the same suspects and vehicle.
