CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) – The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is currently rehabbing several loggerhead sea turtle hatchlings.
The turtles are nicknamed “The Pool Boys.”
The hatchlings were rescued after being discovered inside a swimming pool filter by a resident near Indian Shores.
The aquarium hopes to release them back into the wild soon and say the turtles are doing great, but are in critical condition due to their fragile state.
Guests can see the turtles in the ICU hallway at the CMA or live at home on the baby sea turtle webcam.
