PINELLAS PARK – A roster of brand new entertainment, a list of familiar favorites, and a venue that continues to reinvent itself are setting the stage for a spectacular 4-day event in the heart of Pinellas County: the 3rd annual Greater Pinellas Country Fair.

This year’s fair runs Thursday, November 10 through Sunday, November 13, at England Brothers Park, 5010 81st Avenue in Pinellas Park.

Hours are 6 to 10 pm Thursday and Friday, 12 pm to 10 pm on Saturday and 1 pm to 8 pm on Sunday.

Bring the entire family! General admission is just $5 per person. Children ages 5 and under and members of the military with valid ID are free.  Parking is also free.

“We have worked diligently, since last year’s fair, overseeing additional upgrades to the fairgrounds, exploring new and exciting entertainment options and scheduling all of the events fairgoers will enjoy at the 3rd annual Greater Pinellas Country Fair,” said Jean Rogalsky, President of the GPCF Board.

Activity kicks off on Opening Night, Thursday, November 10 – with a wide range of events including the Pinellas County 4-H selling Pecans and Apples, Sustainable Urban Agriculture tent full of DIY’s and instructions, plenty of fair food delights, a model train show, Pinellas Horse tent, Petting Zoo and Pony rides, Dominguez Brothers Globe of Death Motorcycle Show and lots of activity in the Arts area with competitions and concerts live daily.

Additional events include:

Friday, November 11 –   Opening Ceremonies and Veteran’s Day Celebration, with a Presentation of the Colors, local band performances from Josh Cruz and Almost Poets, Pinellas County 4-H Pecans and Apples for sale, Sustainable Urban Agriculture Tent full of DIY’s and instructions, plenty of fair food delights, COWTOWN USA a living farming and interactive display, Pinellas Horse tent, a model train show, Petting Zoo and Pony rides, Dominguez Brothers Globe of Death Motorcycle Show, Big Storm Brewing Craft Beer tent, and lots of activity in the Arts area with competitions and concerts live daily.

Saturday, November 12 –  Hermann’s Royal Lipizzan Stallions performing twice daily, music performances by the Jimmy Buffet Tribute band, the Trop Rock Junkies and a concert titled Ring of Fire, a Johnny Cash Tribute. Your Emcee of the day will be comedian Pete O’Shea.  There will be plenty of attractions and competitions in the Arts arena, Quilting and Baking, live performances from local bluegrass, country and folk groups, a Petting Zoo and Pony Rides, a model train show, Dominguez Brothers Globe of Death Motorcycle Show, COWTOWN USA, a living farming and interactive display, Pinellas County 4-H selling Pecans and Apples, Sustainable Urban Agriculture tent full of DIY’s and instructions, plenty of fair food delights, Pinellas Horse tent and Big Storm Brewing Craft Beer tent.

Sunday, November 13 – Hermann’s Royal Lipizzan Stallions performing twice daily, music performances by the Yesterdayze and Sundown.  Emcee of the day will be comedian Pete O’Shea.  There will be plenty of attractions and competitions in the Arts arena, Quilting and Baking, live performances from local bluegrass, country and folk groups, a Petting Zoo and Pony Rides, Pinellas County 4-H selling Pecans and Apples, COWTOWN USA, a living farming and interactive display, Sustainable Urban Agriculture tent full of DIY’s and instructions, Dominguez Brothers Motorcycle Show, a model train show, plenty of fair food delights, Pinellas Horse tent and Big Storm Brewing Craft Beer tent.
