(WFLA) – New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has requested a jury trial in the case where he is accused of soliciting a prostitution at a Florida spa.

According to WBTS, Kraft has waived arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty in connection with the case.

Kraft was offered a plea deal last week, but refused.

Prosecutors offered to drop misdemeanor charges against Kraft and 24 other men in exchange for fines, community service and an admission they would be found guilty should the case go to trial.
