A Pasco teenager was killed in a hit-and-rin crash on Tuesday.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash which happened in New Port Richey.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, someone ran away from the scene after the crash which happened on SR-54 at Duck Slough Boulevard.
The victim was identified as Lillia Grace Morris, 17. Morris was a student at Mitchell High School.
Brandon Widom, 27, of Tampa, was detained after the crash. Troopers are trying to figure out if Windom was the driver, or if one of his passengers was actually behind the wheel.
He has since been arrested, however details about the charges have not been released.
