PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) – A Hudson man landed himself behind bars over the weekend after deputies say he exposed his genitals while dining and dashing.

Pasco County deputies were called to the Kickin Wingz on State Road 52 in Port Richey Friday night for the incident.

Witnesses say 30-year-old Brandon Muenz was at the restaurant eating chicken wings while wearing “very torn and disheveled clothing.” When Muenz got up after eating, an employee walked over to ask him if he was going to pay for his food.

According to an arrest report, Muenz tried looking for money but didn’t have any. The witness told deputies Muenz appeared to be rubbing himself while looking for money. The arrest report states the employee was so disturbed she asked her boss if he could stay with Muenz so she could walk away.

Deputies say Muenz then ran from the manager and out the front door. A customer who was eating dinner at the restaurant told deputies he saw Muenz running away with his privates out and helped the manager chase him. The customer said he was afraid the man may have done something sexual to someone in the restaurant, the arrest report says.

According to deputies, the manager and employee were able to catch Muenz in the parking lot. The arrest report says both were “very disturbed and bothered by the way (Muenz) was acting and the way he was dressed which exposed his private parts inside a family restaurant.”

When deputies got to the scene, they say they found Muenz sitting on the floor. According to the arrest report, Muenz was wearing clothes that were torn up and “exposing his sexual organs when he moved around.”

Muenz was arrested for breach of peace; disorderly conduct.
