HOLIDAY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Holiday man was holding a small dog when he was gunned down by his neighbor Tuesday afternoon, according to an affidavit.

60-year-old Qiu Feng Ke was arrested Tuesday for the murder of his neighbor 37-year-old Edward Tudor of Holiday.
Detectives say Tudor was inside his home studying with a woman when Ke entered his home unlawfully to “surprise and harm the victim,” the affidavit states.
Ke told detectives Tudor was unarmed and holding a small dog when he shot him once inside the residence.
Tudor was shot several more times on his front lawn. After he was shot, deputies say Tudor called across the street to a neighbor and asked them to call 911. He died shortly after.
Once deputies arrived to the scene, Ke came out of the home with two magazines and said he was involved in a shooting, according to Pasco County Sheriff Nocco.
Ke told detectives he grabbed two loaded handguns and two additional loaded magazines and went to Tudor’s home to kill him. He ended up choosing a 9 mm over a .22 caliber weapon because “his chances of harming the defendant were better,” according to the affidavit.
Detectives say Ke had been planning his neighbor’s death for some time. The suspect had a will notarized and planned on hanging himself after the murder.
He also wanted to kill a woman named “Jen,” who he believed was in the residence. He later determined she was not inside.
Ke told detectives he shot the victim in the head “because if he let victim live, the dispute would have continued and the victim would have laughed at him.”
Ke was arrested for premeditated murder with a firearm and transported to the Land O’ Lakes Jail.
“This is one of those incidents that people sit at home, they watch this, they read this in the paper and they just go ‘Why?'” Sheriff Nocco said. “This world we live in, incidents like this, it’s sad you think it never happens but the sad reality is these things are occurring more often and it’s really sad.”
