LAND O’LAKES, Fla. (WFLA) — A 52-year-old is accused of murder after Pasco County deputies found a man who was struck and killed by an ATV.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to St. Luke Road Monday evening following reports of a dead man in the Land O’ Lakes area.
Based on preliminary findings, deputies said they believed the victim had been in an argument with 52-year-old Dale Slaunwhite, who allegedly hit him with an ATV.
Authorities have yet to identify the victim.
The sheriff’s office said there is no threat to the public’s safety. An investigation remains active and ongoing.
