2 northbound lanes of I-75 in Pasco County open after 4-vehicle crash

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Two northbound lanes of I-75 have reopened in Pasco County after a four-vehicle crash on Thursday.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling north on I-75, north of mile marker 292 in the inside lane.

A second vehicle pulling a trailer was also traveling north in the middle lane.

The first driver, identified as Kelly Lee, of Lake Butler, said that the second vehicle veered into him and then tried to veer off the road to avoid hitting him.

The second driver, identified as Satwinder Singh, said Lee veered into him, causing him to loose control of his vehicle.

The back of Lee’s vehicle collided with the front of Singh’s.

Lee’s car overturned and Singh traveled off the road and struck a guardrail.

Singh’s trailer overturned on the shoulder of I-75.

Lee and a passenger were taken to Bayfront Hospital with minor injuries.

Singh was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical with minor injuries.

No one has been cited in the crash, as it is still under investigation.MORE TOP STORIES:
