CUBA (WFLA) – News Channel 8’s Jeff Patterson is in Cuba. He talked with travelers and Cuban residents about how the country has changed.
U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx will be in Cuba Tuesday to sign an agreement allowing more US flights to travel to the country.

Castor said she hopes to examine the progress of relations between the two countries since diplomatic ties were restored.
“We want to see what’s happening with private business there in the small business sector and then we’re also going to talk about travel and trade and internet expansion and human rights,” she added.
