(WFLA) – If you like animals, here’s a way you can show everyone how much you care, while also supporting animals in Florida.
A new Animal Friend specialty license plate that will soon be available.
The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles on Tuesday announced the release of the newly designed plate.

You can get the new license plate at tax collector and tag agency offices on October 7. Here’s a list of locations.
There is a $25 specialty plate fee in addition to the other registration fees.
The funds raised from this specialty license plate are distributed to Florida Animal Friend Inc., to fund spay and neuter programs in the state.Check out more Florida specialty license plates here.
