TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two people are injured in an electrical fire and explosion at a high-rise building in Atlanta, according to NBC affiliate WXIA.
Crews responded to a “report of an explosion” around 5:45 p.m. on Saturday.
WXIA reported the incident occurred on the 270 block of 17th Street Northwest, in the area of Atlantic Station near midtown.
Several offices in the building include law offices and the Atlanta Office of U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff.
The extent of the two victims’ injuries are unknown at this time.
