ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) – A manatee was seen sneaking around beachgoers in a video from company See Through Canoe sent to News Channel 8.
The owner of the company took this on Tuesday, saying the water is beginning to clear amid the recent red tide issue.
“The water in the gulf is as clear as I’ve seen it for about six months,” the owner said.
