(WDIV) — A Michigan man turned himself over to police early Wednesday morning after murdering his four children and attempting to kill his wife inside their Dearborn Heights home.
Investigators say the man called police at about 1:30 a.m. to say he murdered his family. He was on the front porch waiting to surrender when officers arrived.
Sources said the man’s 4-year-old girl and 6-year-old girl were killed by carbon monoxide poisoning in a car and their bodies were later moved inside the home. The man’s 17-year-old stepdaughter and 19-year-old stepson were shot execution style in the basement of the home.
The mother was identified as Faith Green. She was shot and stabbed.
