BRADENTON, FL (WFLA) — Manatee County detectives have charged a man with murdering two people who were found dead in the same afternoon last week.
On January 19th Karl Tuxford was found shot to death in his vehicle on 8th Avenue E in Bradenton. Less than an hour later, Jordan Finlon, 23, was found dead near Bishop Harbor Road in northern Manatee.
On Monday, deputies charged 38-year-old Dwayne Cummings with murder in connection to their deaths. Cummings has been in the Manatee County Jail since last week when he was charged with two counts of Armed Kidnapping.RELATED: Woman found dead near road, man shot dead in car
Detectives said both incidents appear to be related to drugs. Tuxford and Finlon were acquaintances.
