An Orlando-area Lyft driver has been arrested for raping a woman while he was working for the ride-sharing service, police said.
Orlando police said Peter Solomon, 49, is facing a sexual battery charge.
Solomon picked up the victim while he was driving for Lyft, police said.
Detectives said they believe that there may be more victims.
Police suggest that people ride Lyft and Uber in groups and take a photo of the driver and license plate before getting in the car. Police said if the driver objects to the photos, don’t get into the car.
