MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy were robbed at Pride Park in Manatee County on Tuesday.
According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, a man approached the juveniles around 4:20 p.m.
The man asked to see the 10-year-old’s phone.
The 12-year-old’s phone began ringing inside his back pack, so the man then asked to see that phone.
The 12-year-old opened his bag and took out the phone.
The 10-year-old grabbed his phone from the suspect.
The suspect exposed part of a black gun and snatched the phone back before fleeing on foot.
