After four days of deliberations, a jury in Brunswick, Georgia found Justin Harris guilty on all counts in his son’s hot car death.

In June 2014, just before his second birthday, Cooper Harris died in a parking lot outside his father’s workplace in metro Atlanta.

Justin Harris, who moved to Georgia from Alabama in 2012, told police he forgot to take the boy to daycare. But prosecutors say Harris intentionally killed his son to escape his family responsibilities. Harris was pursuing sexual affairs outside his marriage, prosecutors said.

The trial was moved to Brunswick due to pre-trial publicity.

A sentencing hearing is set for Dec. 5 in Cobb County.
