TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Health care employer Humana plans to add 250 more jobs to the Tampa Bay area.
Humana says it will add 250 telesales specialists to its direct marketing services telesales workforce in Tampa.
The jobs will support Humana’s Direct Marketing Services (DMS) call center at NetPark, 5701 E Hillsborough Ave., in Tampa. The telesales positions will provide national phone sales and enrollment assistance for Humana’s Medicare benefit plans and senior products, as well as specialty products.
Humana is hiring about 60 full-time, year-round telesales agents along with close to 200 seasonal jobs that will offer mostly full-time work at NetPark for up to six months.
