TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Shopping for a cause has never been better at the 13th Annual Junior League of Tampa Holiday Gift Market, running Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The event at the Florida State Fairgrounds, features 150 merchants, with over 30 who are new to the market this year, making it one of the largest in the country.
There are also special events for the family like “Cookies with The Clauses” and a “Candle Pouring Party” with Tipsy Candles. Proceeds raised through the Holiday Gift Market will support the Junior League’s programs and community projects in the areas of education and child welfare.
On Friday, November 11th, the market falls on Veterans Day. So the Junior League is offering Veterans free admission, as well as prizes for men and women with a valid military ID.
Admission is $8, parking is $6. Admission for Veterans on Saturday and Sunday is discounted to $5.
The event runs Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.Find out more and purchase tickets here.
