TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A shooting at an Ybor City bar left a man with non-life-threatening injuries Wednesday morning, police said.
The shooting happened at Reservoir Bar, 1518 East 7th Avenue around 1:45 a.m.
Police said the victim was at the bar when an unknown suspect pulled out a gun and fired two shots in his direction.
The victim, who was hit in the hip, was rushed to Tampa General Hospital in stable condition.
Police describe the shooter as black male in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches, weighing about 140 pounds with a slim build and short black hair in braids. He was wearing a red black hoodie with stripes and skinny black jeans.
The incident remains under investigation.
