TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Tampa man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly sexually battering a child.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Rian Benjamin, 30, forced himself on a girl under the age of 12 in June of 2018.
The incidents happened at a home in Riverview.
Benjamin was arrested for three counts of sexual battery of a child.
No further information was released.
