It’s food truck fever!
The food truck industry is making its mark in Tampa Bay, If you do it right, it could be the recipe for success.
A company called Tampa Bay Food Trucks hold local seminars every six weeks to help people break into the business.
“To give you and idea though, only 6 percent of people start a food truck after we tell them the truth of what it takes.” said Michael Blasco of Tampa Bay Food Trucks.
Blasco went on to say if your roll out the right idea, you could make big money.
“Some times trucks gross $300,000 a year on the high side, sometimes it’s a lot less than that, but it’s not different than any other business. The more efficient you run your business, the more money you can make.” said Blasco.
