Tampa police say an intoxicated man barricaded himself in a home and would not let two family members leave.
Detectives say the incident happened on Monday morning at a home on Eldred Drive.
The two people inside the home were allowed to leave before the man was taken into custody.
Police say no one was hurt.
No other details have been released.
