Those who use mass transit across the Tampa Bay area can ride for free on Monday.
HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority) and PTSA (Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority) are offering free rides in honor of Earth Day. The free rides include service on HART (excluding HARTPlus, HART HyperLINK and streetcar services).
