The Florida Department of Law Enforcement canceled a Missing Child Alert for an 11-month-old boy who was last seen in the Gibsonton area.
Fabian Hernandez-Morales was believed to be in danger after being taken by his biological mother, Martha Morales-Santizo after a dispute with the child’s father.
HCSO detectives located and arrested Martha Morales-Santizo in Hillsborough County without incident.
Morales-Santizo will be charged with multiple criminal charges and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail later Wednesday afternoon.
A Missing Child Alert was issued, then canceled hours later after the child was safely located. Officials said the case has been resolved, but no further details were provided.
