A couple’s breakup turned downright nasty and ended with an arrest, authorities said.

Jason Foltz, 40, is accused of creating ads on adult websites using his ex-girlfriend’s contact information and photos of her face and nude breasts and requesting sexual encounters, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

He also allegedly hacked into her Twitter and Facebook pages, changed her profile pictures and posted obscene comments. Court paperwork shows he even made a fake Facebook account using her name and picture.

“The defendant’s actions serve no legitimate purpose and have caused the victim substantial emotional distress,” a detective wrote in a criminal report affidavit.

“This is a violation of your privacy to the ultimate extent.  When they have seen you naked and you never intended for that to happen, that’s even more so,” added HCSO spokesman Danny Alvarez.

According to court records, 13 men contacted the women after her personal information was published on the web. One even sent her nude pictures.

Jail records show Foltz was arrested on charges of sexual cyberharassment, stalking (domestic violence) and fraudulent use of personal information. He was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on April 15 and released the next day.

News Channel 8 reporter Ryan Hughes reached Foltz on the phone.  He’s living in Colorado.

“No clue what happened in the case,” he said.  “I have no information what this case is about.”

Deputies are cautioning people to watch what they send to others because it could be used against them.

“We would warn people only send something like that if you trust someone to the highest extent,” Alvarez said.
