Tampa police are investigating a homicide after a man allegedly told them he stabbed his roommate during an argument.
Detectives say the man, who was in his early 50s, was stabbed around 11 p.m. at 6210 S. Martindale Ave.
The deceased man’s roommate allegedly told police he and his roommate got into an argument and a knife was used. Detectives are trying to determine if the suspect killed his roommate as an act of self-defense.
The names of those involved have not been released.
