MIAMI BEACH (WFLA/NBC) – What started as a traffic stop turned into the moment of a lifetime.
Miami Beach police pulled over a woman Thursday and asked her to get out of her car.
At first, officers pretended there was a problem.
But that problem turned into a proposal.
Her boyfriend, Kenneth, got down on one knee and popped the question.
Turns out, the officers were in on the ruse.
After a few moments of disbelief, she said yes.
