JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WFLA) — UPDATE | The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has canceled a Missing Child Alert for an 11-year-old boy after the child was found early Tuesday morning.
The agency said Keavon Washington, of Jacksonville is safe, but did not provide any further information regarding the case.
ORIGINAL STORY | The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is continuing its search for an 11-year-old boy last seen Saturday night.
Keavon Washington, AKA Keavon Cue, was last seen Saturday night around 11 p.m., the sheriff’s office said. Officers now say he could be in the Jacksonville or Gainesville areas.
Keavon is 4 feet 10 inches tall and 135 pounds. He’s believed to be wearing a yellow shirt and multi-colored shorts.
Washington’s biological family does not have legal custody of him. His biological parents, Keyera Cue & Franklyn Daley, are considered persons of interest at this time and live in Alachua County.
