West Palm Beach police say a 50-year-old homeless man called the cops to report that he paid for sexual activities that he never received.
According to WPTV, Jon Sengul told them he offered four people $500 for one or more of them to come to his hotel room and have sexual relations with him.
West Palm Beach officers responded to the Days Inn Sengul was staying at and Sengul confirmed to an officer that he was soliciting sex telling police he had already given people money but no one ever came to his room.
Sengul was taken into custody and charged with Soliciting Prostitution.
